At Karlswood Stables we cater for all of your equestrian purchasing needs. Sourcing and evaluating horses for clients is a major part of my business. I have personally sourced and educated all of the top horses with which I compete at present.

I am one of the most successful dealers and riders in Ireland today, because I'm always on the lookout for new and promising horses. What a lot of people don't seem to realise is, no matter how good you are to ride, if you don't have the correct horse under you, you have no chance at the top of your level of competition. With that firmly in mind, I only buy the best.

I can find almost any horse to suit a specific need. I evaluate many horses while away in Europe, if I like a particular horse and I feel it would suit a particular level, I will try it with a specific client in mind. If necessary, I will continue to educate the horse for the client while also coaching the client. At any one time I have upwards of 25 horses for sale in my barn, from an amateurs horse to jump at 1m10 to a top Nations Cup horse.

In the past, many Irish people have had to travel abroad to source a suitable horse but there's no need any more. Directions to Karlswood Getting to Karlswood is extremely easy, just head for Dublin's M50 Motorway in the direction of the Airport, and take the Ashbourne exit, take the second exit off the new N2, signposted Swords. You will come to a roundabout after about 2 miles, take the second exit signposted Swords and continue for 2 miles and we are on the right at Broadmeadow Equestrian Centre.  All of my International clients find it very easy to get to Karlswood as it is only 9 miles from Dublin Airport. Many of my International clients From the Airport head for the M50 Motorway.
