TEAM IRELAND 2ND PLACE IN THE CSIO5* LLN OCALA

March was a fantastic month for Team Karlswood! At the CSIO5* Longines League of Nations in Ocala, Cian and Chatolinue PS delivered two superb clear rounds, alongside student Tom Wachman, who competed Tabasco De Toxandria in the first round, helping Team Ireland secure an impressive 2nd place finish. A huge thank you and well done to our chef d'équipe Jessica Kürten, as well as teammates Bertram Allen and Shane Sweetnam, for their outstanding performances!

CSI4* LIVE OAK INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS

Frano and his own Flexi K delivered two outstanding clear rounds in the CSI4* Grand Prix at the prestigious Live Oak International, securing an excellent second-place finish. Nikki Walker also enjoyed a fantastic week, placing in the international classes aboard Excellent and Atout Des Trambles. Her consistent success earned her both the Sam Edelman Live Oak Leading Lady Rider title and the Live Oak International Leading Rider of the week. Congratulations to all on these incredible achievements!

THE KARLWOOD MINI TEAM WRAPS UP THEIR SEASON IN WELLINGTON

Following a fantastic final week of competition at WEF, the Mini Team delivered some brilliant rounds. Cara produced multiple clear rounds in the Medium Pony Jumpers aboard Brookhall Elizabeth, while we were also delighted to see Ben back in the saddle, jumping a superb clear round in the 1.05m class aboard Catoka.

The Mini Team have now returned safely to Ireland and are ready to kick off the RDS Dublin Horse Show qualifiers!

MARBLE ARCH: ON WINNING FORM!

We are so proud to see the continued success and progress of Nouf Al Degaither’s mare, Marble Arch, throughout the WEC Ocala circuit. Ridden by Frano, Marble Arch claimed victory in the National Futures Prix, as well as the Spring 1 National Grand Prix Under the Lights in the impressive WEC Stadium.

KARLSWOOD YOUNG HORSE HIGHLIGHTS

7-year-old Karlswood and Cian O’Connor have continued to strengthen their partnership on the circuit, gaining valuable experience while competing in the CSI2* 1.40–1.45m classes. It’s been exciting to watch their progress together, and we’re very much looking forward to seeing what the future holds for this promising combination.

7-year-old Tynan Triumph, ridden by Beth Underhill, jumped in the WEF 7-Year-Old Finals, showing impressive power and scope — a horse we are very excited to see continue to develop.

7-year-old Confidental and Frano Derwin finished their season consistently in the national classes at WEC Ocala, showcasing his quality and excellent balance.

8-year-old Nolle, also ridden by Frano Derwin, gained valuable experience while based at WEC Ocala, producing some superb rounds at the 1.35m level.

7-year-old Cool Jumper has been an exceptionally impressive member of our team this season, delivering numerous clear rounds with Frano Derwin. Competing consistently in both the WEC 7-year-old circuit and the CSI2* classes, he has shown great talent and reliability throughout.
