Karlswood Mini Team
The Karlswood Mini Team was created by Cian’s two children Cara and Ben, managed by Ruth O’Connor. By sharing Cian’s passion in showjumping, Cara and Ben are following in their father’s footsteps in aiming to achieve success on the pony circuit.
Recently, Karlswood’s Mini Team has begun to produce ponies for upcoming riders in a professional setting, while providing top tier management and care for the ponies.
With the goal of enjoyment and the creation of a legacy for many generations to come, we are excited to see how the Karlswood Mini Team will develop in the future.
We are delighted to share our devotion and affection to the showjumping sport and our four-legged athletes with our children, as well as all the life lessons to be taught and learned within the sport.
128cm 2025 Champions!
We are delighted to celebrate Ben O’Connor’s outstanding victory at this year’s RDS Dublin Horse Show, where he and his pony, The Million Dollar Baby, claimed the 128 cm National Championship title.
In the final class of the day, Ben delivered a flawless and determined performance, showcasing his skill, composure, and partnership with The Million Dollar Baby. This incredible achievement is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and passion for the sport.
Everyone at Karlswood is immensely proud of Ben’s success on such a prestigious stage, and we look forward to seeing what this talented young rider will accomplish next.
